Adjusting the links is tricky, but grab the tool if necessary. This watch is big and heavy, like every other review mentions so take that into account before purchasing. When I took this into the jewler to get it sized I had a group of people gather around oooohing and ahhhing over it.This is a BIG watch, and its heavy, almost a pound.
